RETURNS
Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement and return the goods without stating a reason within 30 days of receipt.
In order for the goods to be returned, they must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Defective items
Customers must return new or unused items complete and in their original packaging, undamaged, along with all accessories, instructions and documentation (in the original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In this case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to info@vadirano-shop.com (description and attached photos/videos).
Please do not send the purchased product back to the manufacturer. Once the complaint is accepted according to our terms and conditions, we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Product refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny the refund request.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Order cancellation
The customer has 24 hours from the approval of the order to request a refund if they wish to cancel their order.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
